Compass One was the first mall experience we had once reaching to our location in SP. We bought Sketcher shoes and had food here. They gave a very good discount. And the rate was actually half the price than in India. It was a luck 😅 we had known about the offer. There was a shop in there were you can get all types of chocolates at moderately low to okay prices than even in Mustafa, Little India. And the major likes were they had many bakeries inside and outside and the underground connects us to the Metro train station, MRT. Near to MRT entrance, there would be a bakery, which is made of Pork free buns and foods. Try that bakery for sure. The cost was also considerably good than others and options and flavours were so much there to have. The first thing that attracted me is this bakery.

deserve 0star. was at dis outlet earlier, the guy in picture saw me..did not want to serve for unknown reason and went inside to hide. he came out awhile later thinking ive left but im still around. he looks guilty and when he saw i took photo he quickly squat down behind the cash machine. when he stood up again, he still did not ask me what i want to order. something wrong with this staff of yours llao llao.

Went the week prior to this because of the good deal (we even travelled one MRT stop to get here). However, both times we encountered a server/staff who seemed disinterested -- and seeing the 1 star reviews here pertaining to the same server serves as some consolation that at least we were not alone. She seemed very reluctant to give us a covering for our frozen yoghurts the second time round citing the reason that "she just can't do it". So we ended up with two sad lumps of yoghurt, and confused as to why the store does not cater to takeout especially in this climate.

This stall is always very stingy with their sauce topping. The staff will say it’s their policy that they can only give 1 spoon even when bulk of the sauce is stuck to the spoon which they keep in their bowl. There is a regular staff at the Compass One outlet who is absolutely grouchy and offer very poor/no customer service. She is definitely not suited for this role. It’s stated in google that the store closes at 10pm, but in reality, the staff will start packing up after 930pm. If nothing is for sale after 930pm, shouldn’t the opening hours be updated as such. I rushed over thinking its closing at 10pm, only to get rejected by your staff. What a wasted trip. Separately, on the promo with Shopee for free water.. this outlet always run out of water. And customer have to return to collect it. When you return, the staff will insist that you MUST present your receipt. C’mon, its just a bottle of water, cant there be more trust. Do you usually get random people walking over to collect free bottles of water.. And is it possible to have some water that are not chilled! Not everyone like their water chilled. You need to give a 5 star rating to get 1 free topping. For this policy, it deserve a zero star rating (if there is such).

Bad service. Ask a couple of questions about the takeaway box but did not adequately address my questions. I asked to see the container as I'm wondering if it would fit into freezer, and I was treated like as if I should already know? I wanted to pay with OCBC and only at the last minute I'm told that the free topping is only limited to a selected few? What's with the grumpy face?
