Royal Thai Restaurant

We visited this restaurant for lunch after a round of golf at the Champions. One of us is a Thai native and she commented that the food here is really authentic Thai. The only few places you can find real good Thai food, other than Golden Mile, is this place. We had Thai green curry, Thai basil pork, pineapple fried rice with prawns (even though this is not really Thai but it's really delicious), and stuffed chicken wings. The outdoor seating is really rustic and pleasant, albeit a few smokers around us. Service can be improved as there is only one lady serving the entire area.

Interesting place that we had explored. Their staff is caring and polite. We ordered a clear Tom Yam soup. Upon serving the soup, the staff told us that if it is too spicy, they can change for us again....this is truly "wow" and 1st time experience with this restaurant. Their setup for "Hut" dining is also quite unique. Will come back to try again.

Hidden gem deep in the Fairways drive overlooking the golf driving range. Mostly outdoor seating. Food was good, except the padthai with the rice noodles that were in clumps and looked like they were fried in a rush. The tom yam soup was good, very hot and spicy. The green curry was also good with a generous portion of chicken and love those mini egg plants. The Pandan leaf chicken came in plate of four pieces of chicken, also very generous serving. Recommend to give this place a try if you love Thai food and greenery.

Ordered take away. Took two hours to arrive then most of it went in the trash. No flavour, cold and unappealing. The salad seemed like it was a week old. During the wait I called the restaurant several times and each time the ‘user was unavailable’. Their other two restaurants didn’t answer their phones when I called for help. The worst customer service ever. Worst food. Just don’t do it. Ordering direct from Thailand and receiving it a week later would be better than this.
