Went here for the Raclette cheese and boy, was I disappointed. Both the patty and the cheese were just okay, taste-wise I would say subpar at best, despite the fact that it is quite pricey IMO. I did not face any issue with the service as mentioned by the other reviewers though, but then again when I visited the place it has only about 3 other groups of customers.

I do want to help this establishment to get back on the right track. Some sincere feedback. 1. May be useful for your staff to have some identifying features. I really did not know who was your staff. A name tag or uniforms may help. 2. Have your staff look interested. It was my first time to your establishment. We sat and expected orders to be taken. Staff walked up and down and it is only when I asked after 10 minutes, they pointed to the counter. 3. Do take credit cards. I think it will be worthwhile in the long run. 4. Do serve coffee or water. Not everyone likes soft drinks. 5. When serving the food, perhaps the offer of some cutlery and sauces is friendly. I had to walk back to the counter to get these. 6. Perhaps have the staff say goodbye or thank you. It always gets people to come back or ask for a card if they are happy.

Staffs were very friendly and cheap beer during 'Happy Hour' @ $6 from 5pm-7pm DAILY. I ordered the Cheese Wheel Pasta, but portion is simply disappointing for the cost you pay. Not only that but their Hawaiian Grilled Chicken portion is too very disappointing. They should really revise on their price especially its just another coffeeshop style of restaurant w/o aircon, you really dont need to charge this high for your venue. I also ordered Honey Paprika Wings that portion is mildly costly, a borderline alright price for this particular dish. Taste of food was only 'Alright' not a place that i am attracted to again. Unless 'by the way' kind of thing. Last, they could also work on their efficiency, as it took me like 5 mins or more to place order.
