Authentic food cooked by Japanese chefs. Went for the recommended assorted plate (pork neck is amazing!), chicken skin (though I didn't find it crispy enough), cold soba noodle (so refreshing), and yaki onigiri - though I've enjoyed the meal, my partner found his Yakitori to be a little too charred for his liking. Nonetheless a great meal overall!
Note: Google isn't updated and plc closes at 1030pm now instead of 12mn.

Excellent for what it is - 4.5 stars. Feels like an izakaya in Japan. Well located, cosy, very reasonably priced, and most importantly excellent yakitori. Japanese chef is one of those serious types, but polite. Place gets busy so book ahead.
Highly recommend the pork neck, kawa is great (very succulent and tasty, not too cripsy and overdone), beef harami is not bad, chicken is very tender and tasty, etc. Some of the dishes give the "famous" yakitori places nearby a run for their money.
We had a ton of food for 3 pax and multiple beers for a total of $125. Try their excellent assorted or chef recommended sets first, the zero in. Don't compare this to Kazu or even Yatagarasu, as those are different propositions, but this is one of the best casual yakitori joints in Singapore if you are up for a hearty, fun, casual meal.

If you’re looking for fuss free and authentic Yakitori, this is the place to be. My partner and I went in at 9:30pm and last order was at 10. By 9:50 most of our food arrived and after trying the first few sticks, we knew we had to order more.
The tender chicken was truly juicy and tender. The chicken skin was crispy yet chewy as it wasn’t over-fried like you’d usually see. The udon soup was so tasty and the noodles soft and bouncy. It also came with a healthy serving of bonito flakes.
But the star of the show was definitely the Sanma. Perfectly grilled, it was served with only a little bit of sauce and also radish on the side, and that was all that was needed to bring out the fresh flavours of the fish.
We will definitely be back to this lovely causal Yakitori.

A great place to chill over some sake and some meticulously made yakitori. I also tried the pork katsu and can say that it has a very unique touch to it. Highly recommended!

Delicious yakitori, best dishes were the negima (chicken & spring onion) and Tsukune! Loved the soba noodles too. We were starving and the food took some time to come, but you can be assured of its quality as they cook each item on the spot. Enjoyable experience overall.

Average yakitori place. Taste is ok but the portions are quite small.

We can try to eat Japanese (Fukui pref.) Yakitori here. Deep fried vegetables, Fukui's original foods and grilled fish are also very nice. Especially, master is a very nice person and he likes to talk with customers. I recommend this Yakitori Izakaya(restaurant)!!

Enjoyed the yakitori bento box ($23.10 nett) which came with 6 sticks (mushrooms, beef, leek with pork, pork, leek with chicken, chicken). Good aroma and flavours mushrooms. Nice rice, which could be eaten on its own. Good dressing with fresh salad. Nice tomago and edamame.
