Heniu Teppanyaki

Seen so many rave reviews. Decided to come here for a try to have that more economical teppanyaki fix. The ingredients are fresh - checked! Speed at which the food appeared before you - checked! I feel what can be improved: the food presentation and a bit of showmanship and not just cook as quickly as possible to get it done and served. For $58 for 2 pax for what is shown in photos and also rice and soup, I will just say I can get a better dinner experience for that price. I hope to go back there again to have a better teppanyaki experience another time.

The food was great and value for money. Order the ribeye set which is 30++ and chicken chop set which is 26++. Both were great. Like the meat and seafood combination in the set meal with rice and salad and soup of the day to complete the meal. Staff was friendly and helpful. Will definitely come back again.

The only teppanyaki with pork that I can find and think of. Reasonable price for a set at 8.80sgd. The sauce of the pork is so good The vegetables, cabbages and beansprout is delicious as I saw the chef using minced garlic and ended with some bacon to fry together. Always love to be here with my girlfriend. We both love their pork teppanyaki. We are contented ❤

~Not worth it~ Ordered the most expensive and recommended dish on the menu: Signature tenderloin beef set around $30 but nothing special at all Beef is not tender and dry, seafood also dry and stink Miso soup was bland, sauteed veggie no taste at all Better spend your money somewhere else Also annoyed with one of the employee who (intentionally?) bumped on me when I just came and didn’t even say sorry (this restaurant must order and pay in advance) Whom later I learned having some kind of social disability/ tourette syndrome, self talking and uttering F word all the time (during my 30 mins lunch) Lucky i didn’t bring my kids along $2.50 green tea cup was very small, and they’re too busy to refill the water Will never go back again for sure
