Affordable Thai food that can be quite hard to find.
Crispy prawn omelette was really good. Fragrant and crispy, just like what you get in Thailand.
Thai basil beef was okay. I prefer a stronger basil flavour hence was not really impressed with it. The flavour was also quite different from my expectations.
Tom yum clear soup with chicken was good. Soup was spicy and sour and had Enoki mushrooms as well. Not like the Tom yum soup in Thailand but nonetheless, it's good.
I also ordered take away and realised they missed out my rice for my Tom yum soup order when I was on the bus.
Overall I would recommend the crispy omelette.

Staff was very helpful, shared about his menu about things we should try ..his Tom yum is a definite must try. The rest of his dishes like the vege with pork about above average ..worth the try.. basil pork rice had a lot of flavour. Would go there to eat again.

Had the lunch set. Tom yum soup+ chicken wing+ Thai ice green tea.
The place wasn’t crowded at all and the food was amazing. The soup was sour and spicy. Not exactly like how it was in Thailand, but it was very tasty and generous with the ingredients.

Hidden away in a nook on the third floor of Bugis Street, this no-frills eatery offers Thai food at wallet-friendly prices. A set meal comprising tom kha gai, rice, a side of chicken wings and Thai green milk tea set me back $8.80.
The dishes are simple and filling. The chef was generous in the use of spices such as lemongrass, onions and lime to create the piquantly aromatic taste of Thai.
Suggest he could calibrate the balance of spices so that the richness of the coconut milk is not overwhelmed by the sourness of the spices. Similarly, the authenticity of the Thai green milk tea could be honed by increasing the sweetness and topping up the quantity of ice, similar to how it's done in the Land of Smiles (and Sweetness).
Hope that the chef will take this in a positive spirit of improvement!

Additional 80 cent for pearls in drinks. Pad Thai was fragrant, mango salad side was a tad spicy. Tom yum soup a little on salty side, not spicy enough. Basil pork has a hint of sugar and not spicy enough. But overall, the price range is good, spent $17.20 ($7.80* 2 sets + 80cents * 2 drinks). Servers were polite :)

This has got to be one of the best value for money Thai eateries around. It has an amazing location and it is truly a treasure in town.
Food selection is extensive and the prices are very reasonable. Service can be a little slow due to overwhelming number of orders or simply lack of staff/space. I believe they will benefit from a larger working space.
Food is excellent - very robust and well balanced flavours. I really enjoy their take on traditional Thai food. And in true spirit of Thai food, each item is cooked to order - none of that reheated stuff.
Just one thing, would be great if the place was a cleaner. Still, highly recommended!

I had the green curry noodles set. Delicious and value for money. Food will be cooked upon order so its all pretty fresh. The employees are stretched so the food will take some time to be cooked and served. Makan area is small so do clear up after yourselves at the bin and dish rack at the side of the pillar.
