Breakfast platter is really a disappointment. The burger patty and omellette is so dry. Burger King's quality sure dropped a lot when it comes to their breakfast.

whenever dine in or take away, it is fine even though some orders needs reminding. whenever order for delivery, always got mix up or item missing. order so many times since covid started but always something wrong.

This is a take away, had it after 25 mins out from the mall , it’s still very yummy and juicy! It is probably the first burger out from the kitchen after it’s menu changed from morning Breakfast set. I hope they will continue this quality throughout the day. This burger is definitely so much better than BK in Viva Biz Hub

Poor food quality / preparation. Order TenderGrill C. Burger and there was nothing TENDER about Tender Grill Chicken...on the contrary, it was cooked till it turned rubber....Wake up management - pls maintain standards.

Order took 15mins to emerge even though kitchen wasn't busy. Burger was alright (not great) and onion rings were cold and hard and smelled like they'd been fried in reused oil. Poor.

Long Waiting time, waited 20mins for just burger and drink. Poor cleanliness, the place Im sitting at has food on the floor and a lot of ants.
Rude staff, she threw the packet of sugar and teaspoon on my tray.

The place.. is really dirty. Every single table have leftovers of foods and litters etc. How are we suppose to enjoy our food with all the dirt on the floor? These pictures are just 2 examples. So imagine having 10 sets of table and every single one of them have not been swept? Sorry but I went to many BKs, none is as messy as this.
