The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf

Ice vanilla latte tasted horribe at this outlet ! Compared to other outlets... What makes it worse is that I felt I was working here instead, I was clearing the tray with some coffee mugs and plates that was left by the previous diner. When I returned the tray, was met by a staff with a poor attitude and commanded me rudely to put the tray at the other corner.. Instead of just keeping it back I don't get it, what's so difficult about accepting a returned tray.. As there are no customers ordering at that time too.. Unbelievable I could not believe what I heard. I shall not patronize this outlet again...

Delicious coffee and good tea as well especially the jasmine green tea. Comfy table seatings but bit tiny. Staff were helpful n friendly, cafe is halal certified. Also nice selection of cakes n biscuits etc to accompany drinks. Also nice ice blended cold drinks - fruity flavours. Bit pricey as usual but good for a rest stop!

Bought a large Hazelnut Latte to drink in instead of take away. But I wad served in a take away cup & told Large Latte, its only served in take away. Surprised that an established company like Coffee bean & tea leaf does not have a cup to serve their customers for large latte. If tat is the case, then the decent thing would be to ask the customer's preference 1st.
