Pastamania

Waiting time was okay, food came hot. Order at cashier was a breeze but what encouraged me to write a review was one of their staff. A malay lady who appeared to have some disabilities but was coping well with her job. We (a family of 5 with 2 kids) walked in and was promptly greeted by her. She was so warm and welcoming. Explained to us the method of ordering politely. So friendly and amiable that I would forgo any cons of this place just to receive this good service. I didn't manage to get her name, but this place, with good staffs, is a THUMBS UP!

Dined in before coming concert at indoor stadium on a Friday evening. Most crowded around 7 pm but managed to get a table for 4. Table space was a little cramp though. We were given a wooden tag with a number. The waiter has to walk a few rounds to look for the number to deliver the food. This restaurant should invest in a buzzer like in most fast foods. That is old school. Plus point was the Service was quick and food was served hot.

The place was okay, not crowded maybe because it's not a popular place compared to town. The price is a little bit pricey for just pasta and the dessert was pathetic. Like I paid for than $10 for a weird chocolate pizza dessert that I think I can make myself at home too. Basically nothing special about pastamania.
