My favourite fried chicken - seasoned, juicy, tender and piping hot! I like to opt for the 2 pc set and swap coleslaw out for mashed potatoes to dip my chicken in, and an extra side order of their fried buns - simple and delightful. I can’t wait to return again…

Chicken pieces size is reasonable, not as tiny as KFC, taste better than Popeye n not as dry as Texas.. buy the spring chicken set more worth it, to share or eat as big eater.. location a bit off the traffic but next to JP.. much lunch crowd, otherwise will hv seats.. prices a bit high but can consider as value...

Chicken was freshly served, crispy and juicy, comparable to Popeyes. FYI, don't remember them accepting Visa/Mastercard paywave. They prefer DBSPayLah. Overall, pleasant dine-in.

I think I was the 2nd or 3rd in line when there wasn't a crowd . Waiting time of close to 30 mins but the chicken is hot and freshly fried. ...still the 30 mins is a little hefty Chicken is good , not sure if its $3.40 good since I paid for a 3rd piece with a wing and drumstick. Couldn't finish the fries . Think the drink was around $3 too Works out to pretty much what you pay at other fast food chicken joints just that it feels a little expensive when you pay separately for each item . Will probably return for the chicken if I can stomach the 30 mins wait .

Chicken, bread and fries is hot! Took the set meal for 2 persons with 5 pieces of chicken, coleslaw, bread, fries and 2 soft drinks. Price is affordable.

Waiting time 30mins! My first time trying Arnold's. I am torned between 3 or 4 stars. I thought the whole chicken set meal is very reasonably priced. The chicken was moist but I thought somehow the taste is lacking, probably I will give it a try again and to dine in

Staff here is rather attentive to even help open doors guess from the low activity in the restaurant. Taste wise the skin isn't as flavourful. Although chicken is well fried and not dry, the freshness of the chicken is slightly above average. Somehow, their takeaway thick carton box helps to steam the chicken and it actually taste better than at the restaurant. However, their meshed potatoes gravy looks and taste bad, losing out to kfc's. Coleslaw is alright but has a bitter tinge to it. Both sides portion are tiny it's equivalent to a small tablespoon, like one condiment mouthful only than a side dish that can last with the mains. Chilli pack taste is also no good, gummy in texture and no zing. Environment is peaceful nevertheless.
