1) cockroach!!! 2) ordered one simple twister meal at 10.12am. Received at 10.37 am. Almost half hour for one food item and latte that look like plain coffee lol taste as coffee ok but I tot I paid for latte upgrade? Lol 3) staff confessed that too many people they couldn’t cope. Poor thang 4) Look at their latte haiz bitter after two sugars and lack milk no foam at all 5) lots of grab rider (5) also waiting at counter - cleared around food collection as well 6) burnt twister (which still managed to tasted good haha) 7) tray oily underneath (see pic) 8) no one to clear the trays about four left on the tables no one clear from time I arrive to departure (why sg no clear up!) 9) soap at washing area was full though for washing What an exciting morning! Hahaha 🤣

Contrary to the other reviews, we had a better-than-average, no-frills experience here. Quickly found a seat to have our burgers. We had the special curry burger, which had a good balance of crispy chicken, onion rings, and roti-prata-esque curry sauce. There were generous amounts of potato in the curry sauce too.

One of the worst KFC I’ve been in Singapore! Even the chicken are so oily here. One other thing is the manager (female) was talking out loud here to one of the Indian staff about her past job resignation. I think the HR work should be done inside their staff area not over the serving counter. Btw ask for less ice in ur drink or else you will get more ice than the drink.

No! This meat pocket with mac n cheese failed! Mac n cheese super dried and abit can't match with the meat. Wasting my time and money. However they replaced wedges for the fries. Totally unacceptable. Their wedges not nice at all and not nice taste as previous fries. Please give me back my fries! KfC, their fried chicken always my all time favorite.it seldom goes wrong for the taste. Only size matter always. No standard size

Order 1 rice bowl meal, potato bowl meal and 2pc chicken combo. The wait was terrible, waited 19 minutes for our meal. Furthermore, the chicken given were super small, other outlets provide chicken that are at least 2 times bigger. To make things worse, the chicken were like golfballs, extremely hard, wasn't sure if I were at a restaurant or a golf course. Or maybe I was in a hospital due to all the blood that was in the chicken. The rest of the food were sub standard, would have given it 1 star if it wasn't for the fact that our drinks were upsized, whether on purpose or not. But I am certain that i'll definitely not come back to this outlet.

I walked in at 910pm and served by kok wing. He is very helpful and polite. He told me that they close at 10pm. So I choosed to dine in. After that the cleaner cleaned the floor when I was just start eating at 920pm and she use the broom clean the table after clean the floor just next to me. And my food and drink were not covered. I told her to let me finish my food and she is very rude and fierce to tell me by 945pm she need to mop the place. But then 5mins later she come and paur the hot water with soup to the mopping bucket and the flies all flying out and the smell just in front of me... I think that's really enough for me.i will definitely not visit this place anymore.

Decor is nice, but the lighting makes the place look dull. Due to the high human traffic, the place can also be quite dirty at times. The staff are also quite resistant to the use of ordering via app. My breakfast order was missed and the instead of apologizing, the staff mentioned that orders should be submitted through the counter or kiosk rather than the app.
