Philosophy

My favourite dish is the meat lover pizza and aglio olio pasta. The baby squid taste great but the portion is a little bit disappointing for the price we paid for. Nevertheless, definitely will go back again. Not to mention, they have really good service, the staff constantly refill water to our glass.

Pleasantly nice place to dine - atmosphere, food and service. Lunch sets available at affordable price, about $16nett which includes a main, avacado salad and an iced tea. Selection of mains includes variety of pasta with option of prawns, beef etc. We tried the braised beef cheek served in parpadelle and Aglio Olio with tiger prawns, both were very tasty. Avacado with wild rockets sitting on balsamic vinegratte was served prior main. Beef tartare was definitely worth a try, the whole combi is yums. Not forgetting the pizza..we ordered sex on the beach which was topped with loads of cheese...approve for cheese lovers! Dessert was matcha churros and Lava cake..both complete the meal with a sweet ending. Chef plates the dishes with pride! =)

The mains (ribs) and (seafood) pasta we had was really well done in terms of the balance of tastes of the pasta (squid ink pasta, in cream base with tones of prawn) and the texture of the ribs that just slides off the bones. The matcha churros (in the picture) was served with toasted marshmallows and red bean paste. Good combination that wasn't overwhelmingly sweet! Decently priced for the quality and location. Mains are around $20 - $30 though. Worth the price if you can afford it.
