Ichiban Sushi

Although this is a chain restaurant, this outlet has very friendly service crew who are also prompt. The menu is filled with a wide variety of dishes and as always, the pictures matched up to the actual product. I ordered a delicious salmon and octopus salad that came with a tangy dressing, as well as my usual Chicken Katsu Don plus a hot green tea. The price is reasonable and the restaurant is clean and well-kept.

Visited during off peak time. Was attended to by staff fast and given a table promptly. 👏 QR ordering, it was good to have additional physical menu available for elderly to browse. ✅️ 🍣 Sushi items - fresh and good. Nice! 👍 Wasabi and soy sauce only given upon request. Chicken Katsu Toji - Very nicely presented. Served piping hot. Portion was big and chicken katsu was tender and juicy. 🥘 Down side, the sauce was very salty 😖. Gyoza - thou presented on a teppan but served warm. Sauce was sweet. Overall quite nice.😋 🍜 Udon - Normal item. Served hot 👍 Chawamushi - seems abit over cooked. Other than the outlook, the chawamushi was hot and good.🥚 Service staff were helpful and polite.🙂 🍵 Green tea refilled promptly without having the need to ask. Food serving not fast enough, waited very long time for items to come.⌛️ Ended up cancelling items. Overall good experience, except food waiting time.

NEW "Zero-Meat" menu 😍 perfect for a non-meat eater like me! I had Yasai Chirashi Don, love the sauce on the tofu, I'm really impressed!😋🥰 Pls make it permanent instead of limited period only... 🙏 Btw the lady service staff is very attentive n friendly, the guy in charge of seating arrangements is very professional too (sorry I didn't know their names).
