A casual dining restaurant with reasonable pricing. The steak is good and comes with seasonal promotion most of the time. One may top up to a set to make it a complete meal. And there’s a wide range of different types of coffee that you can upgrade, which I personally love the mocha. The lunch set meal comes with a soup with a garlic bread, a main, a dessert and a cup of coffee/tea, which can all be upgraded at a small cost. Lately there’s also a one for one promotion during weekdays lunch. With the membership sign up, you may redeemed points which is converted to cash rewards, plus other benefits, such as birthday e-voucher.

Had the T bone set for 2.. the waiting time was definitely not 30min as stated. It took close to an hr for the meat to be served. Sides were generous and we were honestly already full from them while waiting for the main. Sides (potatoes & macncheese) were great but the T bone was extremely tough and not tasty at all..

I was disappointed with the quality served at Jurong Safra branch. Only 3 service crews on that day, beside the slow service, the food quality was bad, steak was tough, lobster was over cooked and not fresh. These 2 stars was given for the 3 service crews as they are trying their best to serve everyone. I have pics to contribute as I really have no mood by the time food we're served 😟

Almost two years since we last visited this place Service has dropped. Staff were rather unfriendly. Took super long time for the drinks (peach cooler, lychee cooler, longan coolers etc) to be served. Doesn’t make sense for simple drinks to take so long to be served. When it came, the peach cooler was very sweet. The aglio Olio was super super tough. Thankfully, the staff offered to do a replacement upon feedback.

The red meat plate are good for affordable price. The entries and the desserts so so (rather close to company' cantine than French basic pâtisseries from street' corner). For entries and desserts, rather feel like eating ibis budget hotel than novotel for those who know. Mains really worse it however. So overall as it is cheap it's OK for quick lunch or dinner.
