This legend shopping mall is my favourite since I was young. It has been through a few upgrading with new fantastic look! Many shops and restaurants. Love the atmosphere and vibes there. Plus point is the basement 1 which connected to MRT, ION and Ngee Ann City. It even have an underpass to go across to Tangs. Love it!

The mall is situated above Orchard MRT station and has been one of the pioneers in Orchard Road shopping enclave. F&Bs are scattered across floors. Food court is situated at the highest level. Office levels are accessible from dedicated lift lobby. The main atrium has 2 iconic glass lifts. Mall connects to Ion Orchard and Ngee Ann City via underground passages.

The mall is in such a state of disrepair and not stroller friendly with only 2 lifts.
Was at the mall recently and only 1 of the lifts was working. The other lift had no signage that it wasn't functioning (or under maintenance).
To add on to that, the Up button for the lift on the 4th floor wasn't working.

Decrease the shopping experience with both escalator and lift under renovation at the same time, but increased food choices to choose from.

Seldom come to this place as its quite a far fetch the rest of the town area. There are a lot of snacks and itsy bites along the way but I feel this place is quite underrated as compared to the rest of orchard. My five cents 🙏😂

The worse mall in Singapore. The worse lifts I have ever experienced and don’t come here if you have a baby stroller. Terrible
