Honestly, standard of KFC dropped so much when compared with those good old days. We went to the outlet at downtown east & what welcomed us was an irritating housefly & it took us a few minutes to guide it out if the glass entrance!! The counter staff were slow in coordinating the orders and the trash area was not properly managed as well. Chicken meats were heavily coated with flour & texture of the chicken was nothing but dry…. Time to look into the SOP & process flow…

Machines to order not working. Personnel not even trying to understand what you want, if you are not a frequent user of the fast food chain you need time to select your choice and also understand what a meal include or a box includes. Poor service at this place. Worse of all, ordered a medium soft drink but half of the mug was filled with ice. This is close to criminal and KFC should be ashamed doing this old trick to earn even more money! Shame on you! Based on this I do not recommend this place or KFC in general, go to some other place, there are plenty of them.

1. Tables were dirty. 2. Walked up to the counter, lady refused to take my order and referred me to the kiosk back at the front. 3. I ordered a set with 2 thighs, ended up getting 1 thigh, 1 breast meat. Had to ask the same lady for a change. 4. Orders were not in order. I received my order before my friend, even though she placed her order first. 5. Numbers shown on the Now Serving is inaccurate, food wasn't ready at all. In fact my friend had to nudge them because her order did not register at all. 6. There was a strand of long hair (I am male with short hair) on my food tray near my bag of fries.

Terrible service. Ordered a big order for delivery from 5pm to avoid delay for dinner. And it arrived at 7pm! 2 hours! Unbelievable. Supposed to come in at 6:15pm. After double checking, noticed that the wrap was missing. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING SERVICE I TELL YOU! 2 freaking hours. Not one mention that they will be late and a missing order. My goodness. Never ordering from here ever again!

Is it possible to give 0 stars? The service is so damn slow. It took them more than 30 mins to handle my takeaway order. There were alot of people waiting for a long time. Their ordering machine was also not maintained, it ran out of paper so we couldn't get our reciepts. The workers are so very slow. Seriously. They should increase the number of workers. Only 3 workers during lunchtime where there will be alot of customers??

Ordered a bunch of food here as we were so hungry after a heavy early breakfast. Tried the golden spice chicken, which unfortunately was too sweet for our liking. The potato bucket chicken was unfortunately just a mixture of smashed potatoes, pop corn chicken and cheese from the cheesy fries. It’s just a mixture of the three, and well, the taste is also the same ie mixture! I ordered the grilled chicken from the machine but was told by the lady at the counter that I had to wait for 45 minutes? Man, this would be the same time or even longer than fine dining restaurants. Was told there’s no refund given that I ordered via the machines. Talking abt fast food. Luckily the supervisor managed to change my grilled chicken with double zinger burger! The Mala fried chicken is very jelat! It’s too salty and the taste is really too strong. Don’t recommend this
