Good: Management is very friendly.
The rooms are very large and reasonable price. Cleaning happen every Monday-Friday.
Above a cold storage, gym and McDonald’s
Not great: Room smells musty.
It is so difficult for Grabfood and Grabcar to find the lobby as the apartment isn’t tagged properly on Google maps. They will either go to McDonalds (other side of building), the highway (in front of building) or you have to go and wait by Subway which can take time just waiting around. Management should just tag Robin Lane (the side road) in Google Maps and all this is resolved.

Did not get a chance to look at the inside but the outside of the condominium building looks very old school and interesting. Looks like the olden times in Singapore!

Google needs to be able to better discriminate between a possibly illicit visit to a serviced apartment and a drive-through of Macdonalds

The apartment has a very porch entrance inside the small mall. There are not many shops here. But if you are just doing some grocery shopping, there's Cold Storage, Japanese restaurant En, Subway (most likely to cater the students crowd), otherwise nothing much else.

The muffins and cakes are pricey and extremely dry at BREW MAISONS. Brewed Tea was over priced as well. Given that i sat myself at one of the tables for more than an hour the boss (i suppose she's the boss) came out and told my friend and I to buy more food and she rambled on about her paying rental for the tables? It would have been fine if her tone was a little better. definitely would not recommend this place!!
