Just beside Sim Lim Square and summer view hotel, it is in the vicinity of NAFA and Laselle college. This is a mixed residential and office building/ small mall. There is Burger King, bubble tea shops, miscellaneous shops, phoon huat, small Korean supermarket, etc

Nice place to shop, surrounded by Sim lim sq, across the road, Rochor food centre, OG shopping centre, street stalls with spacious surrounding, you can sit, relax n have a drink and all just at walking distance, thanks

As a shopper, nothing is more frustrating than dealing with a chaotic and poorly organized shopping mall. Thankfully, this mall is the complete opposite! The mall is extremely well-organized, with each level and wing clearly labeled. This makes it easy to find what you're looking for, whether it's clothes, cosmetics, or electronics. The staff are also top-notch. They're always happy to help, whether you need directions or just some advice on what to buy. I've never had a bad experience at this mall, and I'm sure you won't either!
