Nam Kee

First of all, I would not even give any stars if I could. I rarely do reviews like this, but this needs to be addressed immediately. Nam Kee management, if you're seeing this please get it reviewed ASAP. I believe this is not the first time your customers are complaining about this guy. In fact, you could easily see the frequency of complaints he got scrolling through the reviews. I wonder why is he still allowed to work or even continue with this attitude of his. Visited on 21 April 2022, at around 10.35AM. The moment I stepped foot into your place, I was "greeted" by an unfriendly stare by the guy in red, as if telling me through his demeanour: "what do you want"? He doesn't seem too pleased to see customers coming in to support the business eh?? Why not just close the shop to make life easier? When I was ordering my food at the counter, there wasn't even a proper hello, just the same stare if not more intimidating than before, as if I'm wasting his precious time. When my noodle is served, I politely told him I don't want the anchovies and I'd like the green onions, as the outlet at centrepoint always serve me with. At the same time he asked if I want the mushrooms then. I didn't hear him clearly so he repeated himself, very rudely, "I don't have green onions, so do you want the mushrooms or not???" If it's not for my food was already cooked, I would have just leave the place on the spot. I would like to ask, if he's the manager of the place, what kind of a example is he leading? Upper management, please look into this immediately. Very atrocious service and you do know that kind of service attitude will not bring you more customers, it only makes your brand looks bad bad. He seems overworked and stressed, but it shouldn't be happening. HR should do something about it if that's the case. Much thanks to the staff in red, my morning and day was ruined.

Deserve no star. Staff was extremely rude. Saw no one at the counter, went in to call the staff. The staff with tattoo came out of the shop and ignored me and attend to other tasks. He is alone and I can understand. However later he accused me of cutting the queue and not queuing up properly even when the lady behind the queue told him i came 1st. Then he gave a very bad attitude saying he is alone and is my fault for informing him that there is a queue forming. Left without buying and not going to patronise ever again.
