VERY SLOW SERVICE! Freaking ridiculous. Not "Fast food" afterall. Spoke to Cara the manager regards to my meals and was told that staff overlooked my order and her face was unhappy went i informed her of my displeasurement. Unprofessional manager. If you want to order food, please DO NOT ORDER at this outlet

I went down physically to place an order, and only realized that the staff missed out on one of my burgers when I got home. I called their branch and informed them about it, and they said that they would arrange for delivery. I gave my address to the lady that I was speaking with, and even heard her repeat my address. Half an hour later, they called again and said that my address was invalid, and RUDELY demanded "can you give us the correct address?" -- as if I did it on purpose when 1. i am 100% sure i did NOT give the wrong address -- my family members heard me loud and clear 2. the staff REPEATED my address after me and there was no issue. It was clearly a mistake on their part, the staff somehow managed to record the wrong address despite accuracy and clarify on my part. The aggressive phone call that I received was simply infuriating - in the first place, it was their oversight for not packing my order properly, and then not noting down my address correctly. But the staff still had the audacity to call and talk to me in such an accusatory tone, as if I was the one who gave her the wrong address. What would I benefit from that? The poor delivery guy looked so exasperated when he got here, after having gone to the wrong address because of the staff's disgusting incompetence. I felt really bad about it. Their customer service is simply disgusting. While I understand that all humans can make mistakes and I would not have minded if they had called to confirm my address again, I was really put off by the rudeness and the staff accusing me for giving the wrong address. It's not my fault that she was incapable of noting down a few simple numbers.

First time to be there.i find the Q area very inconvenient all the peoples crowded there and then got to wait at the side for your foot . Don't they have a better way to Steve the customer..Need to improve and manager come down to see for himself .I was there 45 min. The help was very good .I am very happy about her good manners.Thank you Alice .

The worst Macdonald’s outlet I’ve ever been to. Rude staff that serves orders without a word, minimal or no confirmation of orders during collection, no greetings, no eye contact etc. It can break your mornings when customers are treated like prisoners. Gave feedbacks multiple times about a very rude Aunty staff to manager and HQ, and coincidentally heard one day from another customer complaining about the same staff (in my presence). Not only is this Aunty rude, another male manager and red coloured hair lady are just as rude. This is clearly a confirmation on how almost all staff in Tampines Mart outlet lacks of basic customer service. I can only speak fondly of the Malay aunty who is very polite in the morning and greets customers without fail.

I find this unacceptable.The staff were rude when i asked for extra curry sauce the person who gave me my table service went to the manager and later was told to pay for it when i clearly more than meal i do know the 1 curry sauce per meal policy but they way the staff just overlooked me as a kid and were rude and adresed me as "r u the one who wants curry sauce" and i just brought my own table service i sugget the mcd at pasir ris sports center friendly staff and just much better .

The worst outlet experience so far. Manager was basically standing around watching her staff churn out the food. She was supposed to handle the cashier but she made people wait while she stand around doing nothing. Gave up waiting for counter and use the machine to order once it freed up. A guy waited an hour for his meal and she wasn't even apologetic. I waited 35 mins for ice cream. Went to ask her about my order and she ignored me till I asked the 2nd time and she just asked me to wait but she wasn't even doing anything. Just kept talking and laughing with the staff. Also ice cream wasn't even frozen enough. It melted the minute I stepped out the door and it was a cold and rainy weather as well so it shouldn't even be melting so fast.

Waited 20 minutes just for an ice cream... Went up to counter to ask where is my order and the female staff have the cheek to say 'oreo mcflurry'... NO, it's sea salt mcflurry! Open your eyes! Can't believe I stood there for this long and they have not started my order and yet I've got to walk up and demand for it. And there isn't any apology! Sighs. Just wanted to try the new ice cream on the way home but this incident left a sour taste. Not only this incident I gave a 1 star for. More or so the attitude of staff and food quality is the worse Mcdonald's store I've ever step foot on. Thank goodness I don't leave nearby here. Occasionally come to this store as my friend live nearby and have a quick bite. My location Mcdonald's have better service than this. Won't be visiting this store again~
