Aoba Hokkaido Ramen

The signature dumplings were not bad, but not signature worthy as it wasn’t hot and crispy. The pork cutlet curry rice could do with an improvement as the pork cutlet was hard and rice was not big enough portion - though there is heaps and heaps of cabbage to fill up the plate. Service is rushed fast food style. Food came in reasonable time. Overall, ok for lunch.

Good and relatively cheap Japanese ramen available here. The soup of the ramen compliments the Japanese noodles but can be overwhelming if drank too much of it. The bean sprouts made the whole ramen dish more refreshing. The cha shu of the cha shu ramen is a bit dry though. The scallop ramen was also good with the scallops being juicy. The half-boiled eggs that came with the ramen was flavourful with the yolk slightly running but not spilling out. Side dishes such as the gyoza and the fried chicken were nice. Service crew were polite and pleasant. Service was fast too considering that the visit was during a weekend dinner time.

Not good and very very low customer service. On the 16 Nov 2019, ard 12pm, I went for lunch there and 1) was waiting to order but was not told that there is a tablet for ordering food. 2) Ask the waitress to help, then she told me I need to order from the tablet. 3) They didn't said we need to order from there when we walk in. 4) Poor Attitude, like half way went off when I ask for assistance in using the tablet. 5) Their disappointing customer service making me not to eat there. Not recommend to go.
