Ordered pineapple fried rice but when delivered, looks and taste like yangzhou fried rice with no prawns!

The food's awesome, but what awes me more if the service attitude.
We're regulars but today one of the dishes had a different unpleasant flavour and we reflected it to the store owner.
They did not deny or accuse us (which apparantly plenty of store owners will do that) but investigated for awhile and refunded us back the money.
I value service over product because it shows the sincerity.
