Super fast, clean and friendly experience even though went during lunch time around 12.30pm.
Had the buttermilk chicken burger which is one of my favorite signature from MacDonalds.

Quite clean and quiet during off peak hours, but all hell breaks loose from 5.30pm or so.
However the staff were friendly even when so busy, and helped me packed dine-in items nicely for takeaway instead. Thanks!

Very busy McDonald's and as usual service is very efficient and friendly. But today it's so crowded there's not enough staff till rubbish bin overflow. But still one staff quick to empty and clean up

Good service, clean, in a location early accessible. Plus a lot of other options around as well. A general problem with all the McDonald's is there aren't many vegetarian options in the main menu other than salads. Nothing to do with this McDonald's per say. So all in all a good experience!

Big 5 stars: I would like to give staff Karen a big shout- out for her wonderful attention to details providing good customer service; I am happy to return more frequently to this outlet to buy takeaways or dine in meals served by Karen with her colleagues. Outlet is clean n orderly not forgetting it’s prompt n efficient counter service performed by the Chinatown point outlet team. 👍

Quaint place... typical McDonald's!
But the size is not too big... and being in a popular place it is always crowded
Does not have McCafe so could not get my favorite milkshakes
I am also not happy McDonald's charges you for curry sauce packets if you don't order a meal😡

Went at around 6.20pm oh Friday for 2 weeks. First time was really crowded. 2nd time not as crowded.
Medium-sized outlet. Best to use mobile order to beat the queue.

I love how McDonald's hired those elderly staff and staff with disabilities to work with them. This shows the equal opportunity given to them.
