Maccha House

A good place to relax. Had a good view of the fountain! But I do feel pressured as it feels the staff is waiting for us to leave even though it is not peak period and there isn’t much people around. Can tell the matcha in the drink is genuine so it has the “real” taste. Overall still a good experience!

Would like to commend the service by the manager/supervisor here. It was excellent. A waitress had served my wife's meal to the wrong table and before I would like to say anything. The manager reach out to the waitress and get her to reprepare the meal. It was the right move as it is still covid period and the person who got the meal had already took off the mask and touched the meal.

Like the location, it has a nice view of the fountain. The set for two with drinks and deserts come with a 10 dollars discount, it's value for money. Order a tradition mocha for the drink, it was rather bitter. If you not used to traditional way better go for other choices. We ordered beef steak ramen that was the month special, the steak was well done that gave a tender and juicy feel, not over cooked. The deserts was average, but appreciate a tea that come along to complete the meal.

Very bad customer service. Waited for 20 minutes outside the shop but refuse to serve us. The waiter showed attitude to us when we asked for a seat. The problem is the family that was occupying the seat was not consuming anything. I feel that there should be a time limit for customers, especially during peak hours. Hence, bad customer service, bad attitude and food is so so too :)

Came here with my girlfriend slightly before dinner. Really nice location with a good view of the fountain! It was really empty due to the virus I guess. The staff member gave us hand sanitizer prior to entering the premises which was a nice touch. Tried the matcha latte float and was quite disappointed because the ice cream was really icy
