I rarely give 1 star reviews, but this was awful. The coffee, a cappuccino, was scorching (burnt coffee, scalded milk). I took the lid off and it was still hot enough to burn 15 minutes later. Also bought a Tuna sandwich that was like trying to bite through plastic. Had clearly dried out over an extended period of time under the lights, even though i went during the afternoon. Genuinely awful and was pricey to boot. Will never go to a Paul again unless my life depends on it.

Place is not crowded (a lot of seats available) when we went but there was a line because the 2 staff is a little bit unorganized... I was in line but they decided to get the order of the guy who cut the line. Maybe he was also confused. I just stayed silent and didn't want to cause a scene and it was just one person anyway. Hope if they see that the line is not organized they can take initiative to tell where exactly the line is. I've experienced similar scenario from other popular cafe but they know how to organize it. Food is ok. The bread of tuna sandwich is kinda dry and hard to chew. The Tarte is great tho. It's not to sweet and the crust/bread part taste like egg pie... Tuna salad is ok.

Sales girl added extra coke into the bill and when we aksed that wed didn't ask for extra she said it's billed already & can't do anything. Gave us wrong sandwich than what we orded which they replaced, and the one we got was right one we ordered but its bread eas really hard and not eatable. Staff is unprofessional, had a junior girl and she wasn't really paying attention to orders. She was even eating while she was heating food & making drinks.

I ordered a sandwich, while glancing thru for other item to purchase, I noticed 02 flies flying inside the food showcase. I told the young sales girl, but see what was her reply. "It's ok it's just a fruit flies and it's ok if you don't buy". Question. Is this how you train your employees This reflects on our country badly . I hope you look into the matter and educate your staff. Thank you

A coffee shop / bakery that opens only at 10am? You kiddin me!?!! What time of the day you need a coffee and a croissant, definitely not 10am or onwards! A place like this ought to open at 6am or early enough for the first morning flight departures. 10am i still cant believe it!… Meanwhile there is 50 people long line at starbucks…

Nice place if you are craving for some nice coffee and finger food. We tried Cafe latte, ice lemon tea, mozzarella pizza & some croissant... everything was good. Though, i find this place a bit pricey & they serve food in plastic containers which is not so nature friendly even though you are dining in.

Prominent little coffee shop and patisserie in T1. Very charismatic server behind the counter. As reviewed by others, their $2 coffee brew is always "sold out"..so had to settle for the $4.90 Americano- generous serving for a "Medium" option and fulfilling. Social seating to watch passersby while waiting for your flight.
