A nice little mall at the corner of Yio Chu Kang Road and Seletar Road. Currently the mall has the Cold Storage supermarket,  a general clinic, a dental clinic and a chiropractor. You can also find a  7_11 and Guardian,  in addition to Toast Box, a Bakery, and PizzaBoy. A salon, kcuts, Chocolate Dessert shop (awfully chocolate) are also here. Oh yes and there is the lovely Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. This little mall is picturesque and has a nice little water feature right in the front and on the higher level. There is a DBS atm which is strategically located between the car park and the super market. The little mall has a nice feel to it and is generally sufficient for daily necessities

Greenwich V is a cozy n laid back mall that has a good vibe n a decent range of services n retail/food n beverage outlets I like the spacious n comfy Awfully Chocolate cafe, Cedele n Bakery Cuisine for bread variety n Coffee Bean n Tea leaf for a quiet cuppa. On grd flr, there is Toastbox, small Foodcourt, Cold Storage, nice hair salons, Nail Spa, Dental clinic n Guardian outlet. Rooftop garden is small n pretty. Easy access via bus. Seletar mall is nearby n also the Seletar Aerospace Park.

A great mall along Seletar road which has a food court, Cold Storage, hair stylist, laundry shop, wine outlet, Coffee Bean, Awfully Chocolate, Fitness club Anytime Fitness and many other food outlets n cafes. It’s a favourite among the locals who reside nearby. Several cafes n the food court also attract many young people. Parking is ample and they have a covered drop off point. It’s a 2 storey building n many food n beverage outlets are also located on its upper floors. There is also a language school and a clinic on the upper floor. As it is, it’s a very self contained small mall with which one can obtain necessities from as opposed to large shopping Malls in the city. Walking area is wide n pleasant n the atmosphere here is quite relaxed. Suitable for family dining or just picking up the necessaries for home use.
