One of the best baked cheese rice I ever eaten in coffee shop. 1st bite melt my taste buds. Will definitely go back to try their other foods. Give it a 5stars... Many other good western food. Reasonable price.

Terrible service from the 2 staff. Typical ah beng type of service. Not interested at all. When I want to order, they can still simply ask me to wait when it's not even peak period. They were more concern of talking, chit chatting with the friends at the nearby stalls than workings.

I really love the food in Gem’s Grill but recently I ordered a few times and realise the quality of the food is going down.. I ordered Char-grilled chicken with Mushroom Sauce and Char-Grilled chicken with Black Pepper Sauce today at around 20:31 via GrabFood, when the food came there was No Sauce given, fries too hard to chew and chicken too dry. It’s really disappointing.
I really hope that Gem’s Grill will improve. Hope to see improvement the next time I order again.

Throughout this work from home period ever since circuit breaker ends, I have been ordering Gem's grill via Grabfood and the food never disappoint me. Have ordered 5 times already. Love their grilled fish and chicken with spaghetti. Taste is on point, not too oily/salty. And food is always delivered piping hot! One of my favorite western stall in SG.

This coffee shop is everyday overcrowding. Maybe due to the food there is very delicious and I've been there for a couple of times and it's very hard to find a seat. I would never give up and try harder the next time to try all the food in this coffee shop.

Ordered spring chicken from this stall, asking whether they have mayonise sauce instead of chilli sauce, I dun mind paying additional just for the mayonese, but one of the staff told me dun have mayonese! Wondered how they prepared for burgers, coleslaw without mayonese etc... What kind of stingy and rude staff which I ever met. No more buying from this stall anymore.
