Fengshui master says that people who work here are very hard workers, because of the beehive design surrounding the office building. So if you are, good luck.
That said, it's very conveniently located right above the MRT station, with many dining options below and around the building. It's also surrounded by many after work hangout spots, with Haji Lane being a short walk away. If you're driving, it's also right by the ECP entrance so it's very convenient for people staying in the East as well.
The area is definitely still developing, but after they are, it will be interesting to see how the entire area will feel like with residential and commercial, all blended into one.

A good place to chill at night with some special cocktail, fascinated by the elephant cocktail, good environment for chilling on rooftop to enjoy the breeze and city view

Ate at Tono Cevicheria restaurant. First time having Peruvian food. Overall experience is ok. The ceviche has tangy taste and need some getting use.

A nice little park in the area, but also a couple of food options to hang out at without the crowd or busyness from town. Easily accessible with the link directly to the mrt station.

Situated near Bugis MRT, Raffles Hospital, and Haji Lane area, there's alot of good choices around. Due to the unique design, this place is quite insta-worthy too!

I like the architecture.. look nice from outside. Its office tower and other is residences. Lower level mostly restaurants. I went there to have dinner, so in the evening on weekdays are not much people.

Public toilet is sparklingly clean . Musollah for muslimin & muslimah located at level 1 with ablurion area. Prayer mat & telekung are provided. Place is well kept.
