Had always been a fan of their cake. But the most recent experience was extremely disappointing. Ordered their sliced cake over grab platform. $18 for these 2 baby slice of cake (excluding grab platform and delivery fee). Is it me or their portion side reduced 50%. Worst of all, there’s some weird article within the chocolate cake

Service is bad . Unpleasant ordering experience and ppl around me were complaining about the same thing. Bowls are not cleared (3pm + not peak period) and when token cannot be scanned my token is held hostage by cashier - first experience for me. Even implied that I should have the TT app installed for their convenience. The long black and cappa is standard but for the price it is meh...they never even bothered to stir both the hot n cold drinks leading to all the ingredients settling at the bottom.. the blueberry tart saved the day and I reckon the food seems more value for money then the drinks but that is cause it is premade.........

Bad quality, shocked they are selling under Cedele brand that used to be so good. I was a regular customer at their cbd stores. But changi city point outlet is really bad beyond words. Got stomach ache and nausea because of their uncooked/ rotten mushrooms in low quality salad and lady staff was too rude to be even caring about what customer is asking. Not going back again there. Would recommend knead to eat.. 100 times better than this fake cedele! Wouldn't have gone there if i had read other posted reviews. Looking at their irresponsible reply, no scope of improvement. Such incidents should be reported to Health ministry

Ordered a chicken flatbread and a chicken sandwich for lunch via grab today. Both me and partner had diarrhoea after. I don’t know if it’s the chicken or avo we added on that is not fresh or something. But this will be our last time patronising cedele. What was once a small cozy restaurant churning out quality food and degraded into another run of the mill chain outlet. The store at changi city needs to be investigated for hygiene issues and quality.

Appalling hygiene standards. We wanted to get some breads and muffins, and the tray area.. was doubling up as a clearance area for dirty trays that have been used by other customers. It was very confusing and off-putting. We left without buying anything. Another customer after me was in equal confusion.

Located in Changi City Point, this is one of the places you can get healthy food option. It is usually crowded during lunch time and the place is quite small so there are not many tables around. The menu is comprehensive. There are salad, customise your own salad, sandwiches, wraps, breakfast set meal, cakes and coffee. Salad ranges from $9.90 and the portion is big. If you are unsure of what salad to order, you can choose from their menu that they have put together. Alternatively, you can customise your own bowls. There are 2 options - hot protein or cold protein. I highly recommend to pick the hot protein as you can choose baked salmon which is nicely baked and good. For the salad base, there is a half-half option so you can pick two of these in half portions - lettuces, soba, couscous, brown rice, or spinach. As for the vegetables, you can choose 4 of them. I like the tofu, sweet potato, pumpkin, broccoli, sliced beetroots and sliced carrots. However, I think the salad sauce was not great. The rosemary chicken sandwich was filling and good. The wild mushroom soup priced at $8.80 was good! If you order a main (salad or sandwich), you can choose to add on a small soup as your side for an additional $3. The size is smaller but it is also filling. Do try their cakes too. The walnut carrot cake was yummy!
