Nene Chicken

I was order by grab food And i order 1 whole chicken and add 6pce chicken With 3 radishe The delivery is only come with 2 radish. When the food r reach i check and did call to the restaurant that they have missing 1 more radish. After i saying this the caller ask some body about it and the somebody answer to the caller that they r in busy, say call me back later. So i did wait for 1 hours But they didn’t call me back until i finish my food with my friends. I call one more time after 1 hours later. They pick up the phone and then say i have to call GrabFood then can refund. Ok , i can call to grab but Before she say this, the way of they attitude is unbelievable!! The customer is waiting down here so long time When they pick the phone and i did say how about my radish? And the caller ask somebody again regading this issue, but instead of anwsering to my question, they keep laughing. I dun even know what they talking about and i dun care!! But what r u all doing down there when customer waiting!!! And then answer me that i need to call GrabFood. I ok with just a $1 issue. If they say sorry with a good attitude at first But all the way they makes me sooooo angry I’m quite many time order from this shop But it make me stop order from this shop anymore!!!!!!!
