Mcdonald's

This outlet, their fries here tastes extremely bad. As I frequent this outlet (due to convenience), I've overheard many customers complaining of their fries standard already. Today I overheard another customer complaining to the staff, "Can I get some salt? The fries is quite bad.". Upon reaching home and trying the fries myself, indeed, no surprises, the fries tasted bad as usual. The truth is, I don't think lack of salt is the issue. Their fries is cold, texture is wrong, tasteless, taste very stale and everything is just bad compared to the fries you get at any other outlets. Have wrote in before to feedback on their fries standard some time ago, but did not hear back. I hope they do something about it. As customers of McDonald's, we take our FRENCH FRIES very seriously. HEHE.

I've a very bad experience from their store delivery, 2 orders that happen when the rider place my order outside my hse and the drinks was left on my shoe rack. I've never request for contactless delivery, and when I called the store the manager gave us a stupidest reason, of saying that they have many riders to entertain when I ask if they got inform the rider it's not a contactless delivery!! She answered me this. And she even say it's pointless telling her our concerns, so is this the manager that is running the store when customers can't give feedback or anything?! It's really stupid, and I really recommend u guys not to order from there. Rude customer service from manager!!

Dined in in a Saturday morning. Super diluted milo and tasted awful. Ordered for table service and the staff seems to be unhappy. Just slam the tray of food on the table. Lucky the drinks did not spill. Food is usual McDonald's standard except for the milo which i drank only 2 mouths. Once before stirring, 2nd time after using the knife to stir.
