Lam Soon Industrial Building is an old, ugly building with 10 floors. The first floor has a nice plant shop selling a staggering number of artificial and real plants. Barely anyone visits except during the holidays, so, it’s a nice place to go to. Additionally, there is an organic food store on the first floor. Aside from those two stores, there is a canteen at level six with a grab food pick up point there. The rest of the building is used for warehouse storage and office work. There are a ton of small offices packed at every level.

someone posted about this nursery’s impressive variety on FB. as it’s around my hood, i decided to make a trip to check it out. i was initially excited when i saw the grand size of the store from the entrance. upon checking out the plants, i’m tad disappointed by the lack of variety (albeit in huge quantities including pots) and the above average pricing. definitely my first and last visit…

The fruit juice stall was ridiculous. They do have wide variety of drink choices with a physical menu in stall but 1. You must order the drink via lazada app, they do not accept direct transaction or other payment modes. 2. If the drinks you find on the physical menu is not available on the app, you have to order a drink on the app that is 50 cents more than what you would have paid if it was ordered via direct transaction. Both the drinks I wanted from their menu were not available in the app and therefore I would have had to pay extra even though I was physically there. Sounds ridiculous to me, paying extra with no value added service. I think the drinks stall really need to reconsider their business model.
