Prime Supermarket, Koufu and NBS (hardware, electrical & furniture) being the anchored tenants, trades are adequately selected to ensure healthy competition.

Neighborhood shopping center..big Prime supermarket at one corner, with Mcd in this building. Koufu eatery has good selection of local food , plus Thai food.. The Western food you can give a miss bec the portions are sparse n salty.. this shopping center looks tired n many local style shops n quite a few bakeries, 5金 shops etc..

Very delighted with the Sda's staff and the management for been very helpful and professionalism no doubt having 2 problem at same day. I was heading to the clinic on the second floor accompany my mum sitting on the wheel chair having difficulty to access the second storey. But they came to the rescue, showing us on how to use the handicap lift access the second floor via back glass door. Open up the glass door for us too. Secondly, i forgot to top up my cashcard and stuck at the gantries. Call for assistant, the management guys came down and advise me to parked my car and offer help by top up the cash card for me. Very surprise they went into the mall and top up the cashcard for me, of course i paid them back by cash. Really appreciate with the kindness and very helpful by going extra miles helping me last week. Thank you so much to the Management and the SDA's staffs who assists during my visits.
