Nice place to relax and have a sip of beer, a bite of wide variety of street food.

It is located near one north mrt station and is about a 5 minutes walk from the mrt station. It is easily accessible with a food court nearby. There is a football court and a basketball court on the ground floor which provides good community bonding experiences and locations for production companies to film their basketball scenes here. Overall a decent place however it does have shelter so it can get quite hot in the afternoon sun.

A good place which offers pretty low or cheap office space cost for starting a new business for startups. An ideal place to kick start your business if you're an aspiring entrepreneur.
