I went 1hour to closing. All the cooked food were almost finished by other patrons and the restaurant did not top it up. The cooked food was left to sit along with the soups. Boiled until nothing left. Overall the shop is hygienic and offers good food for a quick BBQ. The teriyaki chicken is well marinated and sweet and it is the best meat imo.

I got 1 child with 2 paying adults and 1 student age 16yrs old. We usually go here for lunch and this is supposed to be our 10th time. The lady manger who assisted us that we cannot avail both promotion for 1 child eats for free and 1 student lunch promo. We were able to avail this with the same terms and conditions they have posted outside. This is really disappointing because even the 2 crew who assisted us isn't very sure about the terms of the promotion. To the management, you have to be clear about your promotion and your crew have to be educated properly. You will continue to loose customers with they way your crew handles your customers.

during my visit, a couple from another table literally leave alot of cooked food on the table. There is a fine for food wastage but I doubt the cashier charge them on any. For this issue, the management got to emphasise to their employee that for food wastage, to fine the customer to make sure they won't waste food.
