Had a takeaway as it was crowded and that wasn’t a good experience. The miso soup was packed in a paper bowl and spilled in the plastic. The portion of the food was really small and also dry (both soba and the overcooked salmon). Not the most pleasant experience I’ve had after trying out different branches.

They serve bowls with your choice of green soba or brown rice The soba noodles did not seem to be as cold or as refreshing as I would have liked. Noodles are a bit on the soft and overcooked side as well. I find mixing soba or brown rice with mayonnaise based salad dressing, curry chicken, or raw salmon sashimi to be random and strange. Grain bowls did not seem nutritionally balanced. It's a bit of a carbohydrates overload. Would prefer something with less carbohydrates and more varied vegetables or even fruits. Meals are creative but not thoughtfully compiled from the standpoint of nutrition, texture, flavor, or color. Presentation is not inviting. I'm glad I tried it, and it isn't bad. It's just not great and I wouldn't rave about it to anyone I know.

Just now only buy this Salmon Rice from 313, the one of the staff indian guy very rude and the attitude. Buy from there few time is still same, but the other Chinese Aunty very good. The rice so Dry when ask more the kitchap source he was not happy show that kind face. When i oder online like Grabfood its look good and so nice. I like the Food its Very Nice but this kind of Staff..!! Very disappointed..!!

Got myself an order of the salmon poke soba (with cucumbers changed for wakame). With Burpple beyond’s 30% off, this only cost $7! I liked the dense soba noodles and soy + wasabi dressing. Apart from that, the toppings generally didn’t seem super fresh (esp the soft poke and tasteless wakame) but you get what you pay for I guess.

This place is popular for their healthy & affordable grilled teriyaki salmon soba. Other refreshing options are available too such as salmon poke, teriyaki chicken etc. Alternatively, you can customize your bowl too. Hopefully, they can maintain their quality & food presentation across the different outlets.

Ordered the Salmon Soba, $10. Portion was average and soba was quite mushy, probably because the buckwheat percentage isn't that high. It doesn't have that strong buckwheat smell too. However, they added wasabi and a special sauce which made it not too bad tasting. The salmon on the other hand was great. Not dry at all and taste splendid.
