Been ordering takeaway from their cloud kitchen at Tanjong Katong for a while. Really love all the elements. I quite surprised with the bad review here, but I never dine-in so really can’t say much. Anyway, I do recommend for East side people to order from their Deliveroo kiosk. Very hearth and stomach feeling

I love having a place to buy a good salad. I love the concept and I love the food. My comment is an attempt to get the owners to fix a few things: 1. at Hong Kong St location, various staff wore their masks under their nose. I picked up my salad. 2. nobody had their hair covered or held back. 3. Raw broccoli in “super mix” ...the human body cannot process this very well. 4. I understand that the staff may be hurrying, but it’s starting to show in the food. The honey mustard salad dressing I ordered was plopped in one blob on top of the meat balls, nowhere near the salad on the bottom. I’ve read other comments about hair in the food. Please pay some attention to your Hong Kong St. location.

I don’t dislike the food and my husband loves ordering(Deliveroo) the salad here. However I was 85% done with my salad when I found a curly hair with my creamy mushrooms. What’s worse is I decided okay I’m just going to eat the chicken instead and I find another hair lodged in there. Would love to show picture evidence but I nearly puked back everything I ate back into the bowl so it had to go to the chute immediately. Sad to say, it was not a good meal experience. Staff responsible, please, see a doctor regarding your hair fall.

I am really surprised to see so many bad reviews here. We have been eating Vios for over two years, and during the circuit breaker we ordered from them a lot. We have never had a bad experience. Their food is so fresh, it doesn't matter what combination of ingredients you choose, it is always fresh and delicious. I don't even like cherry tomatoes normally, but Vios cherry tomatoes are so delicious. Their talagani cheese is amazing, it squeaks in your mouth and is almost like eating meat! VIOS is great and I hope they never go out of business or change their high standard of quality food. It is a little pricey but the quality matches the price. I love VIOS!

If You Want To Be So Kind As To Give A Free Addition, Please Do Not Insult Me By Giving A Near Expiry Item.
