Got their milk tea with pearls. Milk tea is quite smooth and fragrant. However the pearl today wasn't so good. A little overcooked and not as sweet.
I would say the pearl at this shop is very inconsistent. There are days where the pearl are just spot on. Chewy and sweet while on others days they are just overcooked and not as chewy.

Rude service by a plump girl (who had been rude since more than a year ago) and an impatient auntie who spoke so loud as if she s scolding you when she misheard the order. Why does the shop think it’s alright for their staff to speak to their customers this way?

Frankly, pretty bad. Only buy if you are on budget or last resort. Bubbles are not that good, not chewy enough. after drinking first half, ice melts and bubble tea not sweet anymore. Very bad.

got my order wrong when there was only 1 other people in queue. ordered milk tea and got iced milo slushie instead, not sure what these ppl are doing
