Not a fan of bubble tea, average taste. Still find it too sweet even with low sugar level.

I have nothing against their bubble tea. Its good and I like it too. I rated 1 star because of the worker in that shop with extremely bad attitude. I believe her name is Jasmine?? Or something like that. Shes quite big in size thats for sure. I only asked her a few simple questions about the tea and ingredients and she started to be impatient with me. I would suggest that she go for courses on how to serve people nicely. I just want to take this opportunity to see if there are any other people with the same experience as me, and also speak up on this problem. As a consumer, Im extremely disappointed with the service from this outlet.

Just wondering, why can't customer omit the pearl was told by service staff, brown sugar with fresh milk cannot omit pearl. Like my first time drinking brown sugar. So I got two from other brands and give them one as they told me brown sugar fresh milk no brand can give without pearl
