Convenient. There is a garden, fairpice downstairs, and a food court. This place is easy accessible with buangkok mrt, with around 5 minutes walk to. And 2 different bus stop, one near mrt and another behind

Have tried many times over the last year to look for a better HDB estate to shift to, but can't find any. Ancilla is literally a perfect place in my opinion, in terms of location, accessibility, road connectivity, school proximity, food choices, kid friendliness, jogging routes, greenery/parks, and now a new mall under construction next door

Great estate with supermarket open 24/7, clinic, bakery, salon, hardware store and coffee shop with both indoor seats with air-con and outdoor seats with fans.

The estate is poorly ventilated and the covered walkway within the estate is not straight forward with alot of detour. The neighborhood park, 24 hours NTUC fairprice and the close location to Buangkok MRT are the only plus points.

It has a very nice surrounding.There is a nice park beside it. The Buangkok Mrt Stn with bus stop is just across the road,very convenient for public transport.Also there is a row of shop houses with Kopitiam food court and other eateries shops and Ntuc supermarket all by the mrt stn.

Nice new HDB completed with a park for all ages. This little park features bioretention basins and lots of greenery, perfect for kids to learn about nature in their neighborhood. The upcoming community/commerical project on the empty plot between Ancilla and Buangkok MRT station will definitely increase the value of all properties in the vicinity. A note for parents - primary schools such as Nan Chiau, Seng Kang and Palm View are all within 1km radius of Ancilla.
