The sale assistant does not know how to priorities his work. I had to wait 25mins for my drinks when within actually it takes 10mins to make the drinks. Cause halfway thru take orders then the customer took their own time to chose their drinks

Awsome place to get bubble tea! Staff were friendly and drink was delicious! 10/10 would definitely come again!

14oct 20:45pm. Please change your staff ASAP. Horrible service. Ordered passion fruit GREEN tea, paid and didn't receive any form of confirmation/receipt. Literally gave me peach MILK TEA with white pearl. Told her that I ordered passion fruit green tea but she insisted that I WAS WRONG ((didn't even offer to remake the correct one)) Oh and not to mention that it literally tastes like milk yea... I paid $5.10 for milk tea. SERVICE was very SLOW. One pregnant lady was at the counter for awhile but she was ignored so she left without ordering. Another lady came at 20:56 but the staff told her that store is closed. I thought this outlet closes at 10pm? Management please do something about it.

I live each a cup for their flavour and pearls. But the price is too much. This store's customer service would get a 3/5. For their attitude on some days. But 3 for the lady whom treated the customers with respect and polite! Gd job

Below average customer service. The milk tea has both sizes but the guy say there’s only one size.
We ordered some drinks, to which they later caused a long delay because they decided to finish the order of another customer who came later. Drinks taste good, however. The lady apologised.
