Bei Gang Fish Village

Some time ago, while dining in with wife, found a hard plastic shard in our food. Feedback to the staff about this and they responded in a manner as if we were in the wrong. As if we owed them money! They tossed back question at us, 那里？那里？never seen such a rude staff in f&b before man. Plus, didnt even apologise or attempt any service recovery. Simply just ask us if any more plastic and walked off?!?!?

Went to order a takeaway hor fun & ask for more gravy but the staff jus ignore my request without answering me. 🙄came bck open up the food the fish slice was uncooked again cos tis is not the first time eating the same order even dine in . 😞very dissapointed with the food & the service staff attitude was not gd too 👎👎👎! Not recommended & will not patronize tis zhi char stall anymore 😏😏😏.

First time for to me write a review, the staff is super rude. I am asking politely whether my food is ready to take, then the staff shout in loud and say just take la. Then I explain that I just wanted to confirm all the food is ready then she just yell at me and say if want argue then go outside. I was like what? I never increase my tone at all and I am asking politely when talk, I don't even understand why the staff is angry in sudden. The lady boss is just sitting there and ignore. I am really surprise their attitude to doing a business. Btw, the food is just average.

Firstly, the fried rice is terrible. And the staff's attitude is even worse. When I asked for some toilet paper that they placed on their counter, they straightly said NO. If not for urgency, I wouldn't have asked for it - but my little daughter was already waiting in the toilet after she had done her business... Simply lack of compassion!
