The order arrived on the day before it was meant to, ruining the surprise party we had planned. We had to serve it the next day (although they reassured us that it would be fine since the food is frozen! So don't expect freshly cooked food!) and frankly looked quite unappetising by then. Worst of all: terrible customer service -- they had gave us attitude on the phone when we called to see if they would re deliver on the correct day or, at the very least, waive the delivery fee. Not offered any compensation. Terrible experience.
