The food arrives fast and tastes good with fresh ingredients. The outlet is quiet as not many go there for dinner. The two staff are efficient and friendly. You order using an iPad and the food is served to the table.

Poor service and poor quality food at this outlet. Ordered Phad thai which was overly oily and didnt taste authentic. The mango sticky rice was not great as well. We ordered food at 11.30am and these two items took 30min to prepare and send to our table. Would definitely not return to this joint again.

Had a set lunch here and it was a zesty meal that was yummy for my tummy!
What was super annoying was the many flies that kept buzzing around. The most dangerous place to sit is next to the insect killer cos it has a zapping sound every time it kills a fly!

Doesn't taste like Thai food
Expensive and slow in service
Chendol and sticky rice with bad coconut milk oil taste. Manager denied with the excuse that the milk was fresh.

Quite and delicious. Recommend soft shell crab, honey lemon chicken, basal chicken and Tom Yum soup.

Food here is expensive n rubbish.
Pad Thai tastes so salty. Not much noodles but got a whole pile of onions n spring onions inside.
Massaman curry, the curry is so salty. The crispy pancake is hard, not crispy.
Mango salad was served after our mains. Again totally filled with onions.
Mango blend tasted very fake. Avocado milkshake only had a faint taste of avocado but still acceptable as compared to the other food.
Mango sticky rice, mango portion very small, and not good mango. Sticky rice was a little undercooked.
All in all I'll never stepped into Thai Express again. Tried a few outlets, none was pleasing

I like Thai food, the combination of savory, hot, sweet, tangy and creamy can be find in most Thai dishes.
ThaiExpress also serves up some really nice Thai delights, their Otah is full of surprises with pieces of seafood like fish, scallops, squid and prawns embedded inside the the fish cake and finish with a touch of coconut cream. Hmm.. It hits all the notes for the taste of Thai.
And their steam fish is very good too... juicy, tender and full of flavour. Other things like curries and stir fry are very tasty too.
Highly recommended.

If you're seriously craving Thai food in the area then this is the place for you. Decent Thai food that tends to lean towards more fusion than authentic styles; their Phad Thai was a let down for me. It's also priced higher at around $15 per person and if you want desserts and drinks it can get more expensive. Personally if you asked me Bangkok Jam offers significantly better food at a lower price point; if you can find an outlet in the area.
