Waiting time just toooo long, especially during peak hour. We try their new blue color drink, too bad we didn’t wear blue if not maybe can get $1 off.
There have 4-5 staffs inside but their action kind of exhausted and less motion. Some are even not sure what to do or “whats is happening” reaction.
Suggest to bring some well trained staffs into this branch to guide the other staffs.

The staff here are friendly and patient. The drinks are usually prepared quite fast. But avoid peak periods such as in the evening. They will usually be swamped with orders from the delivery partners such as Grab and they may not take in ur orders. The other day the staff informed me that the orders for walk in customers may take about an hour to prepare.
Overall, I had no issues with this outlet. And thank you to the staff who are always friendly despite being really busy!

This place accepts grab pay for payment. (Grab is like South East Asia's own UBER) Drinks are smooth and held to a high standard. Some drinks allow you to choose your suger level. I personally like the taste and flavor of the tea so I ask for less sugar to be able to experience more of the flavor and less of the sweetness.

I would like to give a zero star for this liho branch located at Sun Plaza. The lady who serving the customer with black face, Miss “C” seems like we go and get the free drinks not need to pay money. Hope they can improve in the way to serve customer. At least be patient with your customer who asking you the question.

I suppose the taste is supposed to be consistent across all outlets so no complaints there. But very turned off by the manager guy who scolded his staff in front of all the customers because she read out the drink order instead of the order number. She tried to explain that the printer alignment was off so the order number couldn't be fully seen on the sticker she was referring to, but the guy was having none of it.

The staff name Cheryl with black frame spec I believe is a leader in this branch. Very rude to his colleague and impatient. Poor customer service and poor attitude to take order👎👎👎.
