Liho Tea

Wanted to buy the student milk tea $1.90, ask for no pearl and sugar, and that male staff said unable to do so as it is their SOP to have Pearl. While I told him that I bought from so many outlet and they are able to do so. Afterwards, I went to bugis MRT liho and I said my request to have green milk tea without pearl and sugar, and they are able to do so. I just don't understand, so many outlets that I went to, none said is SOP to have pearl. I mean even if u gave me pearl I also wouldn't drink it, why not just save some pearls for other drinks.... LOLLLL

Order, get order number, collect and enjoy your tea!! Friendly and professional staff. Sometimes queue can be form in human traffic as people standing on pathway. Located side of bugis market, next to dbs atm. Tried large cheese guan yin tea for $4.40. Tea is quite refreshing with cheese on top. Nice for cheese lover. Highly recommended when singapore weather is hot!! Go for large size for maximum refreshment.

Drinks are pretty standard. Not gonna rate or review anything with regards to the drinks. But the service that this staff by the name of Yvonne portray, she's so rude, idk what other words I could think of. Just plain rude. Wouldn't patronise again if she's here. Management should educate their staffs
