They literally caused a huge CNY eve unhappiness. Took up so many orders in advance requiring full payment. Everyone dropped by for collection but in the end, they did not prepare before hand. Queued more than 2hr to collect an order that have been made early. They continued having their usual store while fulfilling the collection. Everyone enquired as to why is there a single queue even though some customers do not require their orders to be chopped, but employee just shouted fiercely saying "Just go queue". Horrendous service! Won't order again next year

Absolutely horrible and unethical business. Bought roasted chicken drumstick rice for my kids and the chicken turn out to be stale. Its obviously overnight food that has not been stored properly. The meat stinks and tasted sour. Bought my food on 2/4/21 at about 12pm. Will be making a complain to the relevant authorities. This is a potential food poisoning situation. I just hope no one falls victim to this unethical business.
