After trying the different stalls of white bee Hoon in Singapor, I find the one by Xinshi offers fresher seafood, tastier but healthier broth. The price is reasonable, considering the quality that's given. Definitely a must try! must try - Lobster Bee Hoon.
To ensure that the customers get to drink the lovely broth, they are serving their bee Hoon using a big bowl! 👍the Hokkaido cheese is a great new addition too!
