Hardee's

Avoid at all costs! Roughly 30 minute wait to get food and the place was empty. We pulled up to drive thru ordered #1 value meal and a #2 value meal and was informed they were out of tea. Paid and was asked to pull up so they could serve the truck behind us. We did and waited about 7 minutes and decided to go inside and just eat there. We parked and went in I went to the restroom, that had water standing in the floor, and my wife went to let them know we had come inside. For the next 15 minutes it was truly unbelievable what went on in this place. There was one person on the front line and working the drive thru at the same time. One cook and a manager moving all around in the back. There was zero communication going on as they were yelling all at the same time. No one knew what the orders were that they should be working on. After we had been seated inside about 10 minutes they actually began to fry the chicken strips my wife had ordered. BEGAN! They kept yelling about the hot dog that went with my order and moving it around and around. They dropped the fries after the chicken strips. And someone kept yelling about a monster burger which I found was what the guy in the truck behind me had ordered after he joined us inside wondering where his food was. I am not making any of this up at all. The food when we got it was terrible, what there was of it. You could count the fries in my wifes meal without moving them. My hot dog was absolutely plain and had wrinkled up. There were only 4 customers uncluding us that came in the entire time we were there so it was not like they were covered up. My advice to you is anyplace but here!

This morning ran smooth. Other mornings you might as well go elsewhere. No teamwork at times other than this morning, they need to re-staff this Hardee's from the ground up. There has been times that there was four people working and you have to wait on your biscuits because the biscuit maker has to run drive-thru, the the male manager wants to cop an attitude with the employees because they can't produce quality food like the restaurant is supposed to do.

The diner is clean, the servers are courteous but the large size drink cups were filthy. The new napkin rollers are an inconvenience for me with arthritis. The manager on duty shouldn't have to make excuses for those things, but she did. I appreciate good customer service and she went above and beyond to help.

Decent food and service, but impossibly slow. Every time I've been to this Hardee's, it feels like an eternity before I get my food. Normally I can forgive slow service, but this is just excessive. The food is pretty standard and the employees are alright, but both the drive thru and interior take forever.

Horrible service. I ordered biscuit and gravy and clearly don't know how to make it. My egg and cheese biscuit was hard. Service was horrible the manqger clearly not doing her job. She had her daughter and granddaughter in the dinning room. We never gotten greated nor a thank you. I will not visit this location again. Whwn the cashier took my order she didn't say anything she just pointed her finger at me.

Would Rate 0 stars if possible. Literally the worst management ever! They violate so many work laws that it's disgusting. People have been working there for over 4 weeks without getting paid and it's terrible. I know from experience that I have worked over 70+ hours there and they dare tell me that I have been working there for 30 hours. It's a disgusting workplace with a terrible general manager. Please for your sake do not work here. They have terrible hygiene and terrible management.

The food was completely on par, but it was completely understaffed, I do not put blame the employees that was there, they were breaking their necks to get the order completed, but I find 20 minutes to be far too long to wait for 2 biscuits when there are 4 customers at the counter and maybe 2 or 3 drive thru orders. Not sure exactly the problem but totally unacceptable.
