We just bought a house in the area and came to Mama Maria’s for dinner tonight. We are somewhat Italian food snobs from downstate and our hopes were admittedly not high. However, we were totally blown away. Truly, their garlic knots are the best we’ve ever had. We also ordered salads (very fresh), a white pie (delish & good crust), chicken parm (husband said rivals chicken parms he’s had at home) and meatballs (my mom said were also very good). The service was excellent- our waitress was very accommodating and our food came out quickly for our hungry toddler. We will return!

The food and service are always great! We love the atmosphere the friendly service and best of all the food. I highly recommend anybody that's in the area to really try it. It is a family-friendly restaurant to eat at. I recommend getting there early cuz it does get busy.

It's popular for a reason! Go early for dinner and enjoy!!! Tables are covered with paper so kids (and grownups too 😁) can color. Salads and pasta and pizza and garlic knots were all delicious!!!

Authentic Italian trattoria. The decor is somewhat sparse but the food and the portions (enormous) more than make up for it. Incredible value for money to boot

Another delicious dinner tonight at Mama Maria’s! This restaurant never disappoints. From the friendly staff to the addictive garlic knots and oversized portions it’s no wonder that the place is always full.

Passed by a few times when riding motorcycle around. Friends wanted to get together, so suggested Momma Maria's. Good choice, all enjoyed the food and drive. We are from different locations, some from Binghamton area, others from Saratoga Springs area. Always trying to find good places in the middle. This works!
